As a lender we work with all types of individuals. Many are very good at what they do. But not all are as good about helping the lenders get what they need in order to make a transaction go smoothly. The organization and attention to detail that Marina and her staff showed tells us all we need to know about the way they do business. We asked for different things and were on a tight timeline and each and everything we asked for they were not only on top of it, but had it to us very efficiently. We can see what a project looks like by pictures etc. BUT you really learn about how things are done when you see behind the pictures. What I saw with AM Estates and their team was a well oiled machine with lots of experience and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them for all your projects and needs.
