Building a home can be overwhelming, but their transparency, organization, and responsiveness really set them apart. We had the pleasure of working with Schrock Custom Homes during a particularly challenging time—navigating supply chain issues and facing a tight deadline. Despite the circumstances, they delivered our dream home on time, without compromising on quality or detail. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. Every step of the way, we felt heard, informed, and genuinely cared for. Schrock Custom Homes did an amazing job of translating our ideas into reality, often exceeding our expectations. When challenges arose—as they inevitably do in any custom build—the team was quick to find creative, practical solutions that kept the project moving smoothly. What really stands out is how enjoyable the entire experience was. In fact, the only downside is that it’s over—we’re genuinely sad to see it end! We’re beyond grateful to have had such a positive building experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Schrock Custom Homes to anyone looking to bring their vision to life.

Paul and I had the ABSOLUTE PLEASURE of working with Ben and his crew @ Schrock Custom Homes over the past year. We moved into our dream home about a month ago and neither one of us can still believe we live here! The craftsmanship is above and beyond our expectations (and they were HIGH). The attention to detail is no less than impressive. The person that installed our custom closets said that this house has the straightest walls he has ever worked with! (and he installs a lot of custom closets) Ben works very closely with you to ensure he understands YOUR vision. He is super open to hearing opinions and he is great with getting back to you if he is tied up when you call. He also has THE BEST team! Phil and Josh are on site and ready to clarify or assist in any way needed. They both truly care about your home building experience and strive to make it the very best it can be. I would recommend that you communicate openly with your builder. Things are bound to "come up" in a process as grand and important as a new custom home. We were fortunate to have Ben and his team in our corner, they were ready to work WITH us to find the best solution. I highly recommend Schrock Custom Homes! We felt very HEARD and understood throughout the process. Thank you Ben, Phil, Josh, Julie, Grayson, Brian (the tile whisper), Dan (the most talented carpenter I've ever seen) the amazing drywall team,, my favorite painters, Ryan, Caleb, Issac and my man AL! We TRULY appreciate all you EACH did to make our dream home a reality! We also want to give a shout out to @Arters Design, our designer Lacey was also responsible for this beauty! We love our Schrock Custom Home! This was not our first build but was our best experience by far! Communication is at the highest level with regard to the process, plan, budget and options. When it comes to a project as important as building a home it is great to work with someone with such a high level of integrity.
