My Husband and I bought our Lot in Cape Coral three years ago because it is a beautiful city that we instantly fell in love with. Since our primary residence is in Spain, we wanted to build a second home, so over the course of those three years we traveled several times to Cape Coral in search of an honest, reputable, and high-quality builder with a solid name in the area. We visited many model homes and, through that process, became familiar with several builders. Our priority was quality, but above all, we were looking for a well-established and stable company with many years of experience in the construction market. We did not want to take the risk of working with a new or inexperienced company that might disappear later and leave us with problems. With so many companies in the market today, making the right decision is crucial—even if it takes time. Rushing a decision rarely leads to good results. That is how we chose Frey & Son. After several meetings and carefully addressing all of our concerns, we decided to embark on this exciting adventure with them. We would especially like to thank the General Manager of Frey & Son, Natalie Randazzo. She was always available and willing to resolve any issues that arose, consistently prioritizing our satisfaction as clients and doing so with great respect, kindness, and professionalism. Honestly, without her, we would not have been able to build the home of our dreams. She was a fundamental part of the entire construction process for us. Natalie is a very smart lady and definitely a vital part of Frey & Son. Thank you, Natalie—you are the BEST!?? We have also processed a few warranty claims, and the experience was incredibly easy and fast. Many thanks to Carolyn Edwards for her support. After completing our punch list, we would also like to thank Joe who was very kind and efficient in resolving some remaining issues after CO, Rick was also friendly and helpful. Joanne the Secretary in the cape coral model home is also very friendly and kind lady, she always received us with a smile ?? Finally, we would like to thank Berry Frey for being attentive throughout our construction process. And yes, Berry—we absolutely give you a very high note for our home. We are very happy! If you ask us whether we would choose Frey & Son again, the answer is a resounding YES. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of our home—it is truly beautiful. While it is true that we added many extras, they were absolutely worth it. We couldn’t be happier. Very satisfied!

Let me start by saying we are incredibly pleased with our beautiful home by Frey & Son. The home stands out in the neighborhood. Our neighbors tell us they have never seen such a well-constructed home, and they are correct. We have been in our home for 15 months and have no complaints, while some of our neighbors who had Homes built by someone else always complain of issues with their homes. The detail to quality is unmatched inside and out. I have seen other new homes built by different companies, and you couldn't give me one of those other subpar crap boxes.
