My Husband and I bought our Lot in Cape Coral three years ago because it is a beautiful city that we instantly fell in love with. Since our primary residence is in Spain, we wanted to build a second home, so over the course of those three years we traveled several times to Cape Coral in search of an honest, reputable, and high-quality builder with a solid name in the area.We visited many model homes and, through that process, became familiar with several builders. Our priority was quality, but above all, we were looking for a well-established and stable company with many years of experience in the construction market. We did not want to take the risk of working with a new or inexperienced company that might disappear later and leave us with problems. Let me start by saying we are incredibly pleased with our beautiful home by Frey & Son. The home stands out in the neighborhood. Our neighbors tell us they have never seen such a well-constructed home, and they are correct. We have been in our home for 15 months and have no complaints, while some of our neighbors who had Homes built by someone else always complain of issues with their homes. The detail to quality is unmatched inside and out. I have seen other new homes built by different companies, and you couldn't give me one of those other subpar crap boxes. We felt secure and confident in their industry longevity, financial stability and their commitment to the Customer .Frey&Son stand’s behind their product and they use only high -quality materials, making us feel that they were not building our house, but our HOME .Punch-list items were taken care of and Carolyn WASKOVICH the warranty manager was on top of the process and always ending each conversation with “we will take care of it, want you to be happy and satisfied“ .
