We chose to draw up our own plans, and Ed worked with us to turn them into permittable plans with his preferred draftsman. Nancy then coordinated the materials selection process with us, giving us the freedom to locate items from virtually any vendor. Then Nancy managed all of the purchasing and installation of our custom selections. Evan managed the job site and coordinated the subcontractors, and he was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
