Old town has a tough time respecting the private property of those surrounding their builds. It’s been 2+ years of litter, trespassing, and blocking our driveway. Their own employees don’t even follow their own signage. Can’t wait til they’re done with this project.

The process was exceptionally well-organized, far better than my experiences with previous builders. Nate worked closely with me over several months to design a home I absolutely loved, capturing every detail I had hoped for.Even when challenges arose, Old Town made every effort to find creative solutions and make the build feasible. While it wasn’t in the cards for me right now, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them in the future. If you’re looking for a builder who truly listens, collaborates, and delivers a seamless and professional design process, I highly recommend Old Town Design Group.

Building is never an easy process, so many decisions to make to pull it all together.
