We built a home on the Peninsula in Waterfront, moving in 1 ½ years ago. The home is beautifully designed and exceptionally well-built. All standard features are upgrades. Visiting drapery installers and other contractors have frequently commented on how “straight the walls are” and how quality the finish work is. This is due to the highly experienced contractors Paul Shoopman has selected to build his homes, and in follow-up visits they have always proven polite and extremely competent.Paul was remarkably flexible in design modifications, allowing us to create our ideal home. Even after moving in, he has been wonderfully responsive to any requests for assistance. He is our neighbor (as well as the HOA) and we feel privileged to live on his family property. He continually makes upgrades to the neighborhood (paved walking trails, trees in median, vintage street lights, fountains in the lake, etc.) and we believe Waterfront will be a premier destination for home-buyers and home owners into the future.
We are delighted with our new home built by Paul Shoopman's team. It was our first experience purchasing a custom-built home, but the process went quite smoothly, and Paul's team was prompt to respond to questions we had.My family came to visit from out of state, they all complimented our house on its craftsmanship and attention to detail. I had the opportunity to see all 4 models at Waterfront. From the first home to the 4th home. It just felt like I was at home. The lay out, the large kitchen & great room. The attention to even the smallest details. For me the look and feelings I had when I would look out the large back windows, and seeing the water behind the homes. That is awesome
