Very disappointed with our experience with D.R. Horton in the Arbor Villas community in Carson City. The construction process has felt careless and poorly managed, and we’ve seen enough during the build to seriously question the quality of the work being done.What’s just as frustrating is the lack of respect for current residents. Construction crews regularly park on sidewalks and block areas residents rely on to safely enter and exit their homes. It’s frustrating and feels inconsiderate to those who live here every day.Buying a home is a major investment, and you expect professionalism and quality from a large builder. Unfortunately, our experience with D.R. Horton has made us question whether those standards are actually being met.
