I recently toured Davidson Homes in Wellers Knoll with my clients. Jacob the sales rep assisted us in seeing a few homesites, and he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable and confident with him guiding us through their availability and inclusions. The community was clean, and the homes presented well. My buyer clients were immediately interested and so we looked at comps and found a huge value in purchasing there. We just closed seamlessly with ease; the in-house lender Jarod was responsive, and the construction manager Ryan went above and beyond in making sure the home was perfect upon move-in. My customer and I came to the Springvale Townhome community in Fuquay Varina, NC on a Saturday afternoon.
