I recently toured Davidson Homes in Wellers Knoll with my clients. Jacob the sales rep assisted us in seeing a few homesites, and he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable and confident with him guiding us through their availability and inclusions. The community was clean, and the homes presented well. My buyer clients were immediately interested and so we looked at comps and found a huge value in purchasing there. We just closed seamlessly with ease; the in-house lender Jarod was responsive, and the construction manager Ryan went above and beyond in making sure the home was perfect upon move-in. My clients were very pleased, and I was highly impressed. I will be shopping with DH again, and recommend them to anyone looking for quality, consistency, and a smooth transaction experience! My customer and I came to the Springvale Townhome community in Fuquay Varina, NC on a Saturday afternoon. We were weary from leaving another community where the builder and their on-site changed the terms and incentives during our negotiations. Kathryn Labsili was a breath of fresh air! She was warm, welcoming and answered all of our questions. She promised that what was said today would be true tomorrow. My customer made an offer on a townhome that was a much better product than what we have been looking at. Kathryn made contract to closing a smooth process and followed up every step of the way. We have had a great experience with Davidson Homes for the Weller’s Knoll neighborhood in Lillington NC! Ryan and Kerri Ann have been exceptional at answering questions and making sure any of our concerns are met in a timely fashion! What an amazing builder with great floor plans. I knew the Magnolia was the plan for us as soon as I walked into the kitchen. We immediately started a contract. Kacey and Ali the site managers and Carl the broker were absolutely phenomenal. What a great team Davidson Homes assembled. Extremely professional, attentive and easy to communicate and work with. The home was built ahead of schedule due to the dedicated craftsmen and leadership of Kasey and Ali. The home inspector found a few minor issues that were quickly addressed and resolved. We are extremely grateful that we chose Davidson homes for our forever home. If you are in the market of building a home, I would highly recommend that you consider giving Davidson Homes a chance especially if Kasey, Ali and Carl are in that community.
