We're at the framing process for our new forever home which is being built by McMurphy Homes. The entire process has been seamless. Christy reached out immediately to schedule the site evaluation, to help select the house model and price proposal. Dan has become my new best friend as he manages all the contractors who are performing services at the residence. He is very responsive and answers all my questions as if I were his only client. He even responds to my text questions at 10:00 at night. Barbara at the design center helped us make relevant decisions about flooring, cabinets, counter tops, etc. Everyone has been such a pleasure to work with and all seem genuinely excited for us. I can't wait to see the finished product and move into our new home. I would give 10 stars if possible.
I have a client who purchased some land and were in need of a builder. We began working with Dan McGinn at McMurphy homes. The first thing we noticed was, he answered all questions with sincerity and honesty. He walked the land with my clients and explained, in detail, what would and would not work with the land. My clients have talked to a few different builders but they didn’t feel the same connection with them as they do with Dan. The biggest thing they said was they felt like they would get great personal service from Dan and his team. They didn’t want to feel like they were just a number they wanted someone they could talk to and partner with.
