Customer feedback is mixed. Many buyers mention smooth communication during the sales process and helpful guidance from individual representatives. Others report challenges after closing, particularly with warranty responsiveness and scheduling follow-ups. Several reviews highlight good model-home visits, while concerns focus on post-sale communication and workmanship issues.
I just want to say that my home buying process and experience was great. I love the home and I got a very good deal. Ashley was great and communicated with me at every step of the way. I wasn’t sure what this was like because my dad said buying a house is worse than buying a car. Overall, I had a very good experience. Everything I asked them to do before my purchase was completed. I’m excited and I recommend anyone to proceed with a purchase here, you won’t regret it. Thanks Ashley!
I worked with Nino his customer service skills are nice and offered drink and snacks and coloring items for the kids which was nice however I stated I came in to get information about there program and his entire focus for the 30 minutes we were there was on my credit only. I informed what my credit score was and what I needed to work on. If I had no clue on my credit then this service would have seemed nice and needed but it was like he only half listened and because he knew he couldn’t close the deal that day he went no further with it he provided no information about money needed down or anything else which is what I asked about to begin with on phone and in person. So it did no matter what I said or that my gas and time was wasted as I still didn’t get the information that I had asked about. I was listening to the agent behind me and I could hear him trying to push this couple into starting contract with them that day. He showed them around trying to make them more likely to sign but I could see the pressure he was putting on them. They want people they can sign up right away and try to push you into a home as quick as possible.
December 2022 I bought a LGI home in Casa Grande for close $300K!!! I did have A LOT of problems on the day of closing and afterwards...here's summary: Nothing has been fixing from closing list!!!I've never gotten access to their warranty portal that's why I WAS NOT able to submit anythingthe house is made of lowest quality products ever!! so that within same year everything is falling apart..since moment of the closing, Ive been calling.. emailing.. going to LGI offices in person.. for these problems.. NOONE cares about these and responds!!!i am not 1st time buyer.. but worst experience ever!! I would NOT recommend anyone to consider LGI at all
Yesterday, I went out to this property to check on a house and Adrian Ocho was very professional at his job. He helped me many ways, gave me great options on purchasing a home. He was awesome. I highly recommend him with my family members and friends. It is a very nice property for homes.
The sales people are nice but the LGI warranty department is very unprofessional, if you try to get ahold of them they don't answer the phone or texts for days and sometimes not at all, and when you finally get ahold of them they say they were on vacation, I wish I had a job where I go on vacation once a month, then you schedule a warranty repair and alot of the times the contractor doesn't even show up so they to reschedule and when you taje time off of work for them to come, just overall a very unprofessional department. Not very happy with the overall experience I've had with them for the past 2 years,
