My house was done being built in Oct of 2024. The day I took possession of the keys there were a few items mentioned to the builder that needed to be fixed (a warranty request was also submitted). These items still have not been fixed. Overall the warranty process has sucked. Warranty repairs take multiple emails to get an appointment scheduled to have the issue looked at, then more emails to get another person out to fix the issue. A current issue has been known to the builder since move-in and the work is half done. We haven't talked to anyone following up on how repairs went or how we are enjoying the house either. My Wife and I have spoke to our neighbours and they have had similar issues. Dealing with Costa Verde Homes has been a poor experience, and I have mentioned that to others who have looked at their houses.12.1.25 updating review. I am still waiting to get 3 issues fixed. Its been just shy of 14 months for 2 of them.
Buy somewhere else!My husband and I bought a house here last October. Since moving in there has been a slew of problems and work orders that go ignored or half completed. The walls in our house aren’t straight, our new cabinets are already breaking, when it rains there are sink holes in our yard. If we could go back we would have not bought here.

These homes are absolutely amazing and have phenomenal floor plans! The way it's laid out really feels like a Easy Flow home that you can relax and enjoy your life in!
