Team UBH Terrell Tx was a great process.Juan Bravo sales associate was tremendous from the start with giving detail information about the process. I then met manager Caleb Williams who is the quarterback of the team and gave me the entire process was exceptional. I met production coordinator Erin Hughes helped with anything else thanks for her advice she is a jewel working with a team of men.Then last but certainly not missed was Builder Chris Bebout was the icing on the top he was very pleasant to give me everything for the project of the custom design.Thank all of you for this easy transition.

Communication was always clear and timely—every question we had was answered with patience and detail. We received constant construction updates from Cassie, Caleb, Spencer, and Leon answered every text and call.
The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding. Every corner of our home reflects the care and pride the builders put into their work. They stayed on schedule (a rare thing in construction!), and kept the site clean. We have started our journey on our new house build. We have worked on the plans and design, with Caleb. We have been thoroughly impressed with Caleb’s professionalism. We asked a ton of questions, and he took the time to answer them all. We are excited to break ground and eventually move in.
