Biased opinion for sure as I am one of the sub contractors working in this track as it is developing. Clean track, nice homes and quality building.
Love our home.. the kitchen, storage pantry and master bathroom was well planned out.. I truly will never fill all of my cabinets.We call this a zero lot line or a patio home where we come from.. smile.. love no grass to cut.. smile looking forward to finishing my patio area and have friends and family during our cooler weather..
Cannot believe how close homes are to each other and to the curb. You neighbors wall is your yard fence !!! Definately not worth the price.
