We had been looking for a very long time either a tiny house or a modular at a reasonable price. My husband found the website for Home Outlet in Chandler and we took a drive. Catherine Johnson was the employee that showed us everything that they had and answered all of our questions. We were extremely impressed with her knowledge, and her company. We ended up getting a two bedroom two bath modular at a super price and we got to pick the cabinets the floor color of the exterior amongst other things and we were very pleased. Catherine was very knowledgeable and worked with us to get everything that we wanted in this home. We are grateful to her and would like to adopt her. LOL She was great. So if you're looking for a great deal and a beautiful home, please come to Home Outlet and look her up.

We just purchased a CAVCO Durango through the Home Outlet this year. The sales process was smooth and Jackie was very quick to respond and answer all of our (many) questions. We feel we got nice upgrades for the price we paid, and are happy overall with the quality of the finishing materials. After the sale, the communication was a little less great. The employees were available and did try to answer questions, but didn’t have answers to reasonable questions about structural/functional details in the home. When we finally got in contact with CAVCO directly, they were indeed able to answer our questions (vs whatever rep the home outlet was talking to that said they didn’t have the info). Communication could have also been better on the construction delays, which we didn’t get any heads up about until the week we thought the home would be done, despite ordering months in advance of the target delivery date. All in all a fairly good experience, with some room for improvement. Unfortunately, despite looking nice on the outside, we're not super happy with the construction of the home from CAVCO - feel free to check out our review on their page if interested. We would have loved to see some more finishing photos prior to purchasing, so we attached a few photos of what ours looked like on arrival for anyone interested.
So we purchased a new mobile home from The Home Outlet and it was quite the experience With so many decisions To make constantly On upgrades and many other changes! I was really blessed to have GG’s assistance every step of the way! She is a wealth of information and knowledge taking care of the issues that surfaced! GG was so on top of anything needing a change for example the contract Had an item that was not correct for whatever reason and the Options available immediately! GG kept everything progressing Within the timeline as planned and she was keeping me apprised of the Progress until the day my home was in transport, and still is always available for my questions and help with title transfer, registration.GG was very nice, knowledgeable and available either phone conversations or email! If she was unavailable anytime I phoned, she returned my call in a very prompt and timely manner! If she didn’t have an answer to my questions, she would say so and would find information needed. Again replies always timely and prompt!GG is a pleasure to work with and, an asset to the Home Outlet. She’s the wearer of many hats, I haven’t heard of any not worn! From contracts, to customer service, office manager, etc. if only their were many more like her, which would make this world a little better place!Thank you GG we couldn’t have done it without you!Lynn & Leo Rodriguez
