We hired Peartree to build an addition for our house that included a nursery, a bathroom, and a mudroom. They did great work. We really enjoyed working with David, Brooks, and Jim - and appreciated the daily updates and photos to follow along with the progress. I would recommend them to anybody looking to have quality work done on their home!

Peartree was a great team and delivered everything we agreed to. I wanted to add a covered patio to existing home with an integrated roof and extended cement pad, with all new roofing. I also wanted them to correct some pre-existing roof issues and other smaller items. They listened to everything and provided a reasonable bid price. They were professional and had a great project management process and team. I would, and have recommended them to several other neighbors who also want a quality construction experience

The team at Peartree did a fantastic job with a small renovation for us! Communication was excellent throughout, everyone was pleasant and professional, and the job was finished on time. David, Brooks and Jim are good people - honest, ethical, and they take pride in their work. Jim especially was super nice and communicated clearly during the process. We never felt like we didn’t know what was going on and where they were in the process. They were also very accomodating when we needed to visit mid-project - going above and beyond to make our quick trip comfortable. I would highly recommend Peartree!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Peartree Homes work from homeowner-provided plans?

Yes. It regularly builds from client-supplied plans and coordinates directly with the homeowner’s architect and engineer.

Can homeowners stay in their homes during a whole-home renovation?

It depends on the scope. Whole-home gut renovations usually require moving out, while phased projects frequently do not.

How does Peartree Homes handle hidden conditions during remodeling?

It investigates what it can before pricing and carries a clearly stated contingency for conditions it cannot see. If something turns up, the homeowner receives options and costs that day.

How long does a kitchen remodel take?

Construction typically takes a matter of months, with cabinetry lead times often shaping the schedule. Peartree Homes orders early and sequences work around delivery.
