Product feedback is mixed: one customer found the delivered Doug fir differed from the sample, though it was still tight after eight months, while other customers describe doors sent back for repainting and pressure-treated decking boards that cupped, split and warped within months. The door order took about a month to complete, and its customer says there was no warranty; the decking customer says the salesman took pictures and said he would get back, but had to be called several times.
Purchased 3 doors, all 3 were sent back to be repainted. Took approximately 1 month to complete. Also found out they have no warranty as well. Ask the obvious questions with this place, because I definitely wasn’t aware of that at purchase.
Doug fir. Sample on left. What was delivered in the right. Pretty obvious what the problem is. However, I will say after 8 months after installation it is tight as a drum, and exceeds other products.
First time going here! The staff was super fast to respond and Kenny was excited to help me with my big project! Super helpful! Can't wait fo4 my meeting with Kenny to help my business grow!
Excellent service got unloaded pretty quickly. If you have a dry Van 53’ do not go through the gate it will take you a while to get out. The docks are long the side of the building.
