Springdale Custom Builders

Springdale designed and built a new detached garage with entertaining space as well as an extensive main home renovation for us. We could not have been more thrilled with the entire process! Andrea, Brian, and their team understood what we wanted, offered us advice and options, guided us through the design process and produced an exceptional end result. Their work on the plans was great and Andrea's eye for design was spot on. Our space is more functional and more beautiful thanks to her suggestions and ideas. Springdale's communication was top notch in every way and we were blown away by the project management team as well as how much respect they had for us and our space. At the end of each day, things were so neat and clean (as much as they can be with active construction) before the crew left and it was amazing how much easier that made things for us. We were impressed with Springdale's professionalism, their ideas, and their follow through. And- they are just great, fun people to work with. You will not be disappointed if you choose them for your project!

We could not have been more pleased with Springdale as our design, build and interiors partner. They are stellar on thoughtful and timely communication, their intentional and holistic design focus was evident from the first meeting to the key handover and beyond. They are ten stars out of five!

Our family made the decision to build our dream home in Sedgefield, and we could not be more pleased with our choice to partner with Springdale Builders. From the initial meeting through to project completion, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism and a commitment to quality. During the interview phase, the Springdale team took the time to truly understand our needs and prepared a very detailed budget. They also brought creative ideas and collaborated closely with us to bring our inspirations and vision to real life. Throughout the project, Springdale kept us on budget and within the promised timeline, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished home exceeded our expectations. The communication during the life of the project was also very good. Our partnership with Springdale was fun and stress-free, but also professional. We have already recommended Brian, Andrea, Zack, and the entire Springdale team to friends considering a custom home build or renovation, and we will continue to do so without hesitation.

We just completed our second project with the Springdale team and could not be happier with our new bathroom. Springdale, as a firm, has grown exponentially since our first time working with them, but we received the same hands-on attention to detail that we enjoyed and appreciated so much from our first project. Andrea, Brian and Abby helped us make the most of our space and budget, and Zack and Tyler were there every step of the way making sure our vision came to life just like we hoped. The entire team cared for our home so well throughout the entire project which we have found to be a hallmark of a Springdale renovation. Thank you, Springdale, for surpassing our expectations once again and for helping us continue to make our home one that serves our family well! Randall and Meggan B

After hearing so many horrors stories, the idea of remodeling was a scary prospect for us. However, Springdale absolutely changed our mindset. Incredibly timely, honest and talented. Having the design component as well helped so much with an extra eye for style decision making. They have made several other projects a real possibility for us now.
