There aren’t enough stars to reflect how wonderful our experience with Craig Builders has been. From the day we selected the lot to beyond closing, they have exceeded our every expectation. Bryant, our Craig representative, Lindsay in the design center and Ross, our Project Manager always greeted us with a smile and a “yes-we’re-happy-to-do-that-for-you” attitude. They exceeded every expectation and truly went above and beyond. We were amazed not only at Craig’s openness to customizations but their eagerness to suggest options for us while another builder got squirmy when I only asked about moving the pantry door. The quality of their materials and workmanship is evident in the absolutely beautiful finished product. The day of our final walk through, the president of the company himself was completing a final walk through of our home just as we arrived, as I’ve learned he does with every home they build. Also of note: every representative we worked with so obviously truly enjoyed their job and spoke fondly of their boss. That tells you a lot about a company. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
The entire Craig team was awesome. Ross W managed a great construction team that finished the house on the exact day it was promised. Our neighbors are happy that the construction moved briskly and that the house compliments the beautiful and established neighborhood. The placement of the house on our lot is perfect and was well thought out by the Craig team. The craftsmanship, inside and out, is excellent. We are proud to show our home and host friends and family.
The Craig team has been great to work with. We have built several custom homes and were nervous what semi-custom would mean. It turned out with Craig it meant the entire team from sales, design and build worked to make sure they built the house we dreamed of even when it meant getting a little creative.
