Dream tech homes built our Retirement home. I would highly recommend dream tech homes to build your next house. I’ve been living in my house a year and a half, and I have not had any issues or Problems, when they were building it if we had an issue or a problem which was very minor it was taken care of right away. You just have to let Sherman know and he’ll take care of it. I had a picture Front window and a sliding glass door in the back that wasn’t on the plans but he made it happen for me. He went out of his way to make my husband and I happy and we were very happy and still are thank you Sherman and the dream tech team definitely will send people your way if they are looking for a builder
We have had a wonderful experience with the process and getting into our semi custom home. Working with Sherman has been a pleasure. He is responsive when needed and was flexible with the changes we wanted to make. We were fortunate to find our house at a point where our own choices for finishes could be made. Overall we had a great experience. The build quality is above others we had viewed on the past.
We purchased our forever home in December of 2025. After looking at multiple custom built homes built by 5 or 6 different builders in the Chattanooga area we kept coming back to Dreamtech homes. The Gibson Meadows subdivision was our absolute favorite neighborhood in East Brainerd. Everything is super convenient and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The difference that was noticeable in the build and materials used in the Dreamtech homes made them stand out to us. Many other builders will try to make the kitchens and bathrooms stand out but skimp in all the other areas with cheap carpet and other materials. We didn’t find that to be so with Dreamtech. We met with Sherman and shared with him some of our desires for our forever home and he was quick to respond with reasonable quotes to help us put our own touch on the move in ready home that we had chosen. The closing process was quick and easy. We highly recommend Dreamtech homes to anyone looking to purchase a custom built home in Chattanooga or the surrounding areas.
