We visited Empire Homes in Chattanooga on our house hunt and were amazed. Our experience with Empire Homes stands in stark contrast to the low-quality work we saw elsewhere. For anyone searching for a new home in Chattanooga, I can't recommend Empire Homes enough. They build high-quality homes with exceptional design and back it up with an outstanding and professional team. Even though the salesperson was not present when we visited, the warranty manager Donald greeted us and made us feel welcomed. He showed us the model homes and answered any questions we had. Empire homes is definitely at the top of our list because of the quality of the homes and professional staff.
We are thoroughly enjoying our new home in Social Circle, built by Empire Homes Chattanooga! We purchased a model home, so we didn’t go through the build process and cannot speak to that. However, the purchasing process for the model home was smooth as could be, as Chrissy made the communication and expectations easy! We are impressed with each professional that we have had the pleasure of working with! We especially want to highlight Donald, our community Warranty Director. He has gone above and beyond to check in periodically and make sure our home is functioning as it should and to address any little odds and ins, as he genuinely cares. Donald has given us (welcomed) tips as new homeowners and is a knowledgeable resource - an asset to our community!
Working with Empire has been great. From our first meeting with Chrissy and working with Suzanne in design, with Jack on the building project to the final walkthrough with Donald, our experience with Empire was wonderful. Communication was always timely and response to questions was always surprisingly quick. We love the Social Circle community and are very pleased with our home here. We have been in our house almost four months now and it has been a joy to watch the neighborhood building up around us. We love our house in Social Circle more and more every day.
