Custom Building a House for the first time you really have no idea what to expect or what you want in your house. What I can say about my experience is that everything was truly custom. I was expecting them to have a pre-set plan and with only pre-fix changes. That is not the case Literally anything my wife and I could think of as a custom option was accommodated. From moving walls and doors to adding windows they never said no. Fantastic experience.

Built custom home with Paparone in 2018 in Moorestown. Marilyn was excellent and very responsive throughout the whole process. Even years after construction completed they still did touch ups and fixed anything that needed to be taken care of.We love our home and the ability to choose beautiful custom options.

When I found this new construction in my price range, I jumped! My home is bright, comfortable, Energy efficient, quiet, safe, and my neighbors are all good people.The Paprone sales team never pushed me to upgrade and were responsive when there was a hiccup (wrong counter tops installed - they replaced before closing). Construction was finished 5 weeks ahead of schedule. Construction workers all friendly, helpful and responsive.No regrets! Would buy another Paprone Home in a minute!
