Under Construction Builders, LLC

Under Construction Builders successfully completed two separate projects for us: a kitchen/bathroom/ mudroom remodel and the conversion of our screened-in porch and deck to composite materials. Throughout both projects, communication with the owners was clear and consistent, making them a pleasure to work with. The project manager maintained an active presence on site, dedicating time to thoroughly understand our requirements and ensuring that those needs were met. Their pricing was very competitive, as determined by comparing bids from multiple contractors for each job. Notably, their attention to detail distinguished them from other contractors we have worked with, as they made certain every aspect of the project was completed to our satisfaction. In contrast to others who may prioritize speed at the expense of quality, they focused on achieving superior finishes. I confidently recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and attentive contractors.

Under Construction worked with us on a complete kitchen remodel in the 'before time' - August 2019. It's been five years, and we still love the results. They took our vague ideas and general requirements, created a preliminary plan, and guided us from concept to completion. We were given each vendor's estimates and detailed contract to review; this allowed us to identify and correct a few minor discrepancies before signing. // We were impressed with the attention to detail, the staff's ability to find that perfect tile, faucet and so much more, and the execution of the project. The project manager did an excellent job of informing us in advance about each day's plans, kept the mess to a minimum, and was responsive to our questions. // We heard so many horror stories about contractors who ghosted during projects, who failed to show up - sometimes not even contacting the clients!, who substituted lesser quality products. Under Construction did not do any of these things. It was truly a pleasure to work with this company.

We could not have asked for better partners in building our home. They not only took up the challenge of building a home according to the Passive House standards, they surpassed it by providing excellent customer service, keeping us informed, and addressing all our personal needs throughout this project. The people are wonderful and always looking out for your best interests. We are very satisfied with the outcome and will be consulting them for any house related projects.
