Virginia Builders

We have built two homes in our past, and by far VA Builders are the best. They deliver exceptional quality, outstanding communication, and highly skilled craftsmanship. There was nothing they couldn’t do for us, and they truly built our dream home. They were always available to answer questions and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied every step of the way.

An Outstanding Builder — Highly Recommended! We recently had our new custom home built by Virginia Builders and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and the final result. From beginning to end Virginia Builders, and especially Carl, showed incredible attention to detail—every element of the house was completed to the highest standard. Communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. He kept us informed at every stage, explained what was happening next, and was always available to answer questions or offer advice (and many times after regular business hours!). His knowledge of the building process was clear from day one, and it really put us at ease knowing we were in expert hands. What really stood out, though, was how personal and approachable he was. Carl genuinely cared about building the right home for us, not just another project. He listened carefully to what we wanted and made sure every detail reflected that. We absolutely love our new home and can’t thank him and Virginia Builders enough for their hard work and dedication. If you’re looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and down-to-earth builder, look no further—you won’t be disappointed!

We had a fantastic experience working with Virginia Builders! From start to finish, their team was professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. They truly listened to our vision and brought it to life, exceeding our expectations.  We were pleasantly surprised to see the owners involved in the creative/ development process. The craftsmanship and quality of their work are outstanding, and they always kept us informed throughout the build. What really stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction—they went above and beyond to ensure every detail was as we described in our contract. I would highly recommend Virginia Builders to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy team. Thank you for creating a home we absolutely love!

Over the past year, we had the pleasure of working with Virginia Builders to design our dream home. The owners were highly involved not only in the planning phase but also in every step of the construction process. Carl served as our liaison, and his patience was truly remarkable. We communicated multiple times a week, and he consistently demonstrated patience, kindness, and a dedication to advocating for our best interests. His insights and expertise led to considerations I hadn't even thought of, and thanks to his guidance, along with the incredible talent of the Virginia Builders team and their contractors, we ended up with what is likely the most beautiful home they have ever built. I wholeheartedly recommend Virginia Builders. They offer spec homes to choose from but are also willing to delve into more custom projects. Their focus on delivering quality work is evident, and they conduct themselves with honesty, fairness, and professionalism in every aspect of their business. Frankly, I don't anticipate building another home anytime soon – why would I, when they've already delivered our perfect home? However, if the need arose, we would not hesitate to work with Virginia Builders again.

Our experience with Virginia Builders was extremely satisfying! They exceeded our expectations and delivered a beautiful home in the time frame specified. We're so happy with the design and finishes which in many cases feel custom even though our home was a spec house. We've been in our house for over a year now and we're very happy with the quality and craftsmanship. Throughout the building process the communication was top notch. Lee and Julie are the best! They were there for us to answer questions and provide guidance. They always responded quickly and followed up with any pending issues. We would recommend Virginia Builders to anyone looking for a positive and welcoming experience! Thanks for a great experience!
