Tara and her team are great to work with and helpful throughout the entire process - from planning, building, delivery, set and final dwelling/warranty. We highly recommend and are very grateful to have worked with them for our home purchase.

Schroeders All American Homes is a great family business to work with. They are no hidden fees, can get you construction costs at no additional charge. Tara has been in the business for over 25 years.
They made the entire house building process very easy.
They are very upfront with all of their costs and have their pricing listed on the web site, which most other dealers don’t do that.
I would highly recommend Schroeder’s as they are wonderful to work with.

We purchased a new modular home from Schroeder's All American Homes and the level of deception from their staff is shocking. They made us wait WEEKS while the home halves sat next to the completed foundation. Also lied about final assembly warranty repairs. DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME from this company
