One of the best decisions we made was to hire Michael Bennett Luxury Homes to design and build our dream home. Michael showed us a couple of the homes they are building so we could see the great work his teams are doing. Their styles are elegant and modern with attention to details we didn't even think about. Being able to see 3D renderings of the designs was really helpful to see so we really understood what to expect.It was important to use sustainable materials where possible and we wanted stone from ancestral lands to pay homage to our roots while keeping the design modern. They were able to accommodate these requests - although, this caused a couple minor delays (a few weeks). It was worth it.During the construction stage, our superintendent kept us apprised of the progress and provided constant feedback. Using the app on BuilderTrend, we received a log of activity and progress photos. This helped us feel more connected to the project and made it start feeling real.The quality of service and workmanship is bar none. While the process of having a custom home designed and built is extremely time consuming and expensive, we were finally able to have the house we always wanted. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Michael Bennett Luxury Homes.
