Daryl and his team were more than pleasant to work with on the projects that ranged from garage packages to stunning 2 story homes. Well organized, on time and easy to approach with any problems that arose. Daryl would work with you on a solution instead of dwelling on the problem which made working with them a really good experience. Saskatoon is down a really good builder.

Delonix was an amazing company to work with. They designed and built our beautiful “forever home”. From the beginning, we had a great gut feeling about working with them, and they truly delivered! They listened carefully to our wants and needs during the design process, and made excellent suggestions along the way as they completed different stages of the home. Delonix Homes was very easy to communicate with, and answered all of our questions along the way, no matter how big or small. We always felt like they had time to talk with us and help us make the decisions that would be best for our needs and budget. Before deciding on our builder we looked at a lot of show homes, plans and talked to a few builders. We loved the workmanship and detail in the Delonix show home. Through our initial conversations with Daryl we could tell he was enthusiastic about making sure our home would be built to suit us perfectly and that all our ideas would be integrated into the design. Delonix made sure that the whole design would work flawlessly together and Daryl was with us the whole way to give input and advice while always keeping our budget in mind. we couldn't be happier with our decision to build with Delonix and we love our forever home!

Our families experience with Delonix over the last many years has been nothing short of perfect. We have used Daryl and his team for many projects at our home. He has bailed me out many times with unforeseen situations. He is excellent at planning and helping with ideas for your project right from the ground up. They are extremely meticulous to detail and their workmanship is second to none. I would not hesitate to have Daryl and his team build our next home.
