Honestly, 5 stars is not enough for how thankful I am for Mike, Jeff, and Matt. I can’t say enough good things about these men! From start to finish, they were kind, , knowledgeable, respectful, and communicative about what they were going to be doing. They set a time frame and were done well within that frame. They took the time and made sure everything was done right, and genuinely cared about top quality work. The repairs made a huge difference for me, and i am so thankful for their hard work. The work was done efficiently and the finished result looks flawless. I absolutely highly recommend them without a doubt!Again- highly recommend all 3!Again- 5 stars is not enough. I'm so grateful for this maintenance team! They are responsive, kind, and able to come up with creative solutions to challenging problems. My fireplace stopped working in the middle of winter, and the guys were able to work out a solution and have it fixed within a day. It was all covered under the warranty. It's so good to be warm again!
Had Westbow’s Quality Assurance crew on site today. Thinking Westbow might be the only local builder that provides 1 year builder’s satisfaction guarantee . Just some minor cosmetic touch ups that Matt and Jeff handled with professional attitude & skill!
