Andrew Arthur Homes

We had an amazing experience building with AR Homes. From concept to completion, Ian partnered with us to make our dream home a reality. His thoroughness and expectation for nothing but the best showed us that he was not just engaging with us as a builder - he truly cared that we received the best quality. AR Homes also had a unique feature which is not usually offered by many builders, and that is their in-house designer. -Shannon. Shannon helped us select every small element of out home. She would come prepared to every appointment with the selections we had made previously to ensure that our next set of selections would flow well. Without that help and insight, I'm not sure we could have achieved the look I had in mind! She understood our style preferences immediately and made suggestions accordingly. All in all, I would highly recommend AR Homes to build your home in Ohio. They go above and beyond in every aspect. I would also like to highlight that with them, you can rest assured for a responsive, engaged and caring partnership - not only during the building process, but even after sale. This is so important because many builders do not live up to their guarantees; but this is not the case with AR Homes. You are in good hands from start to finish and beyond with Ian Rife. They will turn you dream into reality and will build you your true dream home.

We built our home with The Arthur Rutenberg team of Ian, Julie, Shannon, and Mike and it went so smooth and perfect I almost couldn't believe it! Their attention to detail and communication is something we expect but rarely experience anymore. There were no surprises and everything turned out exactly as they said it would-the entire process was seamless. I will recommend this team to anyone interested in building a custom home. They can truly make your dream home come true! Thank You Andrew Arthur Homes/Arthur Rutenberg!

My parents had a GREAT experience building with Arthur Rutenberg Homes! They are older and required a little more patience than your average new home purchaser. Ian and Shannon were SO patient and spent more than the expected time making sure things were right and to my parents liking. It was a difficult move/decision after living in the same house for 42 years but Ian and his team made the transition for my parents an enjoyable experience!

I honestly wished I could give Ian Rife and his team 10 stars. The whole experience from beginning to end has just been amazing. His patience, knowledge, compassion, honesty, communication and follow through far exceeded our expectations. We are forever grateful for crossing paths and having you (Arthur Rutenberg) build our dream home. Words alone cannot describe our Thanks!
