Best Builder in the Greater Cincinnati tri-state area. Phenomenal experience building our home. This builder was on time, on budget and on top of everything - high trust, integrity and work ethic. CLC takes no vendor kick backs, puts you as the customer first and provides full tranparency into their plan/process. All sub-contractors spoke highly and said CLC is the best and only hires the best. Bernie is a fabulous leader with building, design and engineering talent and decades of experience. Wouldn't change anything in our process!
