After five years, we still marvel at the beauty of our custom-built home from Frazier Homes. We especially enjoy living and hosting friends and family in all of the spaces we created thanks to Andre's team. Our experience during the architectural design phase with Studer Residential Designs was exceptional and it allowed us to create the exact home we envisioned with the look and feel incorporating all of the features we wanted. During construction, Andre's eye for beautiful designs throughout all spaces of our home was made possible by his guidance in the art of the possible. This benefited us greatly since this was our first custom home building experience. Frazier Homes uses top notch subcontractors and vendors in every phase of construction. Our home was built on schedule and within our budget. We recommend Frazier Homes to people hoping to build their dream home.

The Frazier Homes team is the best. They worked hard to be sure the design plan was feasible and could be delivered within our budget. Also, when we decided to make changes during the build Andre was flexible and made sure we understood the implications on timing and the budget. We were also very impressed with the responsiveness of his subcontractors. They clearly respected Andre and wanted his homeowners to receive quality and timely service. We love Their work!

Builder beware: I would like formally address significant concerns regarding the construction of my home by Frazier Homes. Throughout the project, we experienced improper accounting and mismanagement. There were multiple instances where the project's accounting was found to be inaccurate, including unauthorized purchases by our project manager for personal expenses such as cokes and lunch charged to our account. Furthermore, the high employee turnover, specifically having three different selection coordinators, led to numerous delays and errors for which Frazier Homes failed to take responsibility. Frazier Homes ultimately walked away from the job, leaving me with over $100,000 in necessary repairs to my terraces. Compounding these issues, Frazier Homes knowingly provided false information to file a lien on my property. Very dishonest. Due to these serious issues, we will be contacting the Home Builders Association in Cincinnati, the Attorney General's office in Ohio, and pursuing legal action.
