J&K Custom Homes

We had an incredible experience building with J&K. From start to finish, they were an absolute joy to work with — true professionals who make you feel like part of their family rather than just another client. As first-time builders, we were clueless about the process, but the J&K team guided us every step of the way. They offered expert suggestions, helped us make informed decisions, and always respected our vision. Their communication, patience, and genuine care made what could have been an overwhelming process feel exciting and fun. Now that our home is complete, we couldn’t be happier. The craftsmanship is outstanding — quality shines through in every detail, from the big impact features to the thoughtful little touches that J&K includes as standard. We constantly hear, “Oh, J&K built your house? They’re the best,” and we couldn’t agree more. If you’re considering building, don’t hesitate — J&K is the best choice. We’re beyond grateful for their expertise, honesty, and heart, and if we could do it all over again, we absolutely would.

Michelle and the whole team at J&K were fantastic to work with! The attention to detail and excellent execution in our home is superb. There are so many little design features that show a really high level of focus on enjoyment of the space that we never would have thought of on our own. They worked with us to make modifications that really made the space what we wanted. 10/10 would recommend!

Michelle and the team at J&K did a phenomenal job! The home is beautiful, the process was well communicated and they took wonderful care of both my buying clients along the way. I would highly recommend the team at J&K for all of your custom building needs and look forward to additional opportunities to work with them again!

Absolutely wonderful experience working with J&K. Our experience was slightly different, as we were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to rent a beautiful market home by J&K while we were transitioning to our final home. Everyone on the team was responsive and fantastic to work with. We originally signed on for a one-year lease, and when our move was delayed by almost a year - they were flexible and accommodating to meet our needs. The home was absolutely beautiful - high end materials, solid construction and so much attention to detail went into the finishes that were incorporated throughout the home. It was obvious that no corners were cut in constructing this home. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make things easy for us during a somewhat stressful time.

We could not be more pleased with our experience building a custom home with J&K. My wife and I and my mother built a multigenerational home, and the J&K team handled the complex dynamic with professionalism and sensitivity. Building a custom home is a team sport from Developer, Architect, Bank, all the suppliers and subs, and of course the owner. We believe J&K was the best head coach of that team for our unique situation. The attention to construction quality was impressive before AND after close.
