Recent reviews highlight mixed experiences. Some buyers mention helpful explanations from staff and appreciation for the neighborhood setting, while others report concerns about workmanship, warranty responses, and access/reservation logistics for visiting. Comments also note that the area is developing, with pricing and homeowner association details being points of discussion.
The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are great, but the house itself has been a huge disappointment. Within days of moving in, the paint on the doors started bubbling and peeling. Many of the tiles are chipped or cracked, and it feels like everything is already falling apart. When we bought the house, we were told there was a one-year warranty. A month later, when we tried to get things fixed, we were told it wasn’t covered because we’d “been living in it.”
Bryan Pokorny did a great job explaining everything to our buyer. Greatly appreciate him.
In theory the self reservation system seems like a good idea... but it doesn't work and the correct location was very confusing. Everyone ended up just tailing other folks in or holding the door open for others. Fix your reservation system and door access codes.
Lennar housing development employs local people. Great product. This is a national builder who gives you great local attention. All of the team members are in the neighborhoods living and working daily. National builder, great local attention. Doing a lot of good in the community. Oh, did I mention that they build quality homes at a great price. Check it out.
Nice area, however more pricey than other parts of Clovis. HOA fees in this area is $59/month. Half of the The Ranch is still being in development. Probably will take another 2 years to be completed. Sales rep assigned in this area is not really knowledgeable either. Prices are not negotiable unless sales rep didn't know what she's talking about. She appears to be very new. Once area is developed, could be a very nice place to live in with lots of trails close by like the dry creek trail and the canal trail. Homes in this development are $100k to $150k more than the other Lennar development areas in clovis. You're buying the same house here for a lot more. Only difference is the location and the roofs are tiles and not compositions. Hoa rules are also very strict in this area.
