Andy and Jackie truly go the extra mile and they took the time to answer our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made sure we were happy every step of the way. Their architect spent months getting our design just right, Jackie went to every design meeting to offer her advice and expertise to keep the design consistent and in budget, and Andy ran the construction side of things, coordinating with the subcontractors to make sure the quality was top-notch throughout. Even two years later, they're always available to offer advice or assistance when we reach out. I can't recommend them highly enough and I've made sure to let everyone I know who is considering building know that.

Our experience working with Andy, Jackie, and the team at FlagShip Custom Homes, was incredibly positive and rewarding. Over the past 25 years, we’ve lived in at least ten newly-built homes across various regions, from Colorado to Texas. Compared to our experience with large builders like Shea and other custom home builders, FlagShip Custom Homes ranks as one of the very best. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were evident in the design process and construction. They kept us informed throughout the project, promptly responding to our texts and emails without fail.

Where many builders cut corners on the quality of materials and workmanship, FlagShip’s quality is evident in everything from baseboards, extra cabinetry, extensive quartz countertops, and high-end fixtures. When costs need to be controlled, Jackie worked with us to pick finishes that had an upscale look without the upscale, budget-breaking costs.

We are thankful to have chosen Flagship Custom Homes to build our home. The architectural process was personal with great attention to detail, and Jackie’s help with interior/exterior selections was the perfect combination of input based on our style and her experience with home building. As with any home building process, there were hiccups and bumps along with way, but we always knew that Andy was involved in each step while managing the completion and contractors. Honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction were always at the forefront when Flagship managed the inevitable issues that arise in building custom homes.
