The owner and his team are amazing people. I was going through some difficulties in all areas of life. They were incredibly patient and helpful through out. They kept in touch and were never overbearing. Great price for what I got and 5+ star service. The owner knows his product, how to work with you and can get you where you want to be. I started to look at other builders, but quickly realized Kaleo was the only one I would end up working and buying with. Next house I will absolutely visit them first.
We have been so thrilled with our Kaleo home. Fred puts so much more thought into his builds than other builders in the area - looking at his homes vs. other builders made that apparent so quickly! We’ve had a few small warranty requests since moving in, and Fred and his team have handled them quickly and immediately. Cannot recommend Kaleo Homes enough!
We just purchased a new home from Kaleo Homes in College Station. We are from out of town San Antonio area. We knew what we were looking for and had spent all day looking. The house that we purchased from Kaleo Homes was one of the last stops that day. We were prepared to start the process of looking the next day but while we were looking at the house we purchased a man walked in and we thought that it was just an an employee of the builder he started talking about the home and about 5 minutes into the conversation he introduced himself as the owner builder of Kaleo Homes. Fred was really down to earth and basically took over telling us more about himself and Kaleo Homes and how long he had been in business and how he is truly involved in the daily process. I live in a community on Canyon Lake Texas and am the head of our ACC and involved in all builds both approval process and building process. I can tell you 100% that there is a difference between a builder that truly involves himself in the daily process versus a mass builder that just hires a site Forman to handle the daily process both in build quality and attention to details. This is what stopped my looking then and there and we purchased the home. Fred introducing himself and taking the time to tell his story. We are extremely happy with our new home purchase!!! The build quality is great and knowing that we have a real person to talk to if we need anything means a lot in today's world. Thank you Fred for taking the time!!!!
