Our experience with LaFollette was exceptional! We built our home on a property in the country while living in a city a few hours away, so we had a fair amount of anxiety about how the process would go. The team was able to alleviate our initial concerns by meeting frequently at the property and via videoconference through the design phase. When the building process began, we had easy access to updates and had no problems communicating with the team.
We were really impressed by the degree to which LaFollette made the process predictable and clear. Everyone was very interested in making sure we were getting the home we wanted at the quality we expected within the budget we had laid out. Daniel, Sydney and Caleb were great and we really appreciate their professionalism. It was a really positive experience!

They have an incredible team of knowledgeable professionals who went above and beyond every step of the way in working together with us to build exactly what we had envisioned. Excellent communication, responsive, dedicated, easy to work with, honest, quality work, on schedule, on budget, no change orders. Their customized use of technology made it easy for us to see exactly what we were going to ultimately build and make any final design changes before we ever signed the contract or broke ground. We had several months of rain which postponed getting started quite a while. When they finally could begin, it moved along very quickly. Caleb LaFollette, our superintendent, was always on top of everything, easy to work with, easily accessible, very knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. Jason LaFollette was very professional in every aspect of the process and has maintained and ongoing good relationship with us ever since. Michelle and Ethan were also wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend LaFollette Custom Homes and would use them again in a heartbeat!
