I have worked with RNL homes to build my first ever house. They are really a great builder in the Bryan/College Station area. I have inquired with couple of builders in the area before making a deal but I got the best deal with RNL as far as structure, exterior and interior of the house. Since this is my first home, I was not entirely sure what all I will need in my house. RNL team helped to navigate everything based on my needs.As far as designing of the house, Nora helped me throughout the process. They have millions of options in their design studio for the interior and exterior part of the house. The most important thing I liked about them is, RNL didn’t try to sell me everything they have but they tried to understand my requirements and helped me to build the house. This proves that they are not there to make money only but they take care of their customers wallet as well as make sure customers are satisfied. They really are trustworthy people. RNL also did a good job in responding my questions and concerns right away all time.They had a regular Shower/Tub design for the master bathroom and I had gone with that. After several days of signing the deal, I realized I don’t use tub in my routine life at all. So, I wanted to go with Euro Shower which is a change in the structural design. They really allowed me to go with that option without making me pay additional money. This was commendable.After working with RNL team, I really feel I made an excellent decision and I am highly satisfied. I won’t be able to build this house without them guiding me for each small area of the house. I would like to thank entire RNL team to honestly assist me in entire process.
We did a lot of research before choosing a builder and we couldn't be happier with RNL Homes! They were everything you want in a builder - professional, responsive, timely, high quality, and overall a joy to work with. We walked through a lot of homes under construction to get a feel for the quality of the different builders and we were really impressed with the quality of RNL Homes, all the way down to the materials used for framing. They made the entire process so easy for us. This was the first (and hopefully only) time we built a home and they guided us through the whole process. They were so organized and efficient, from the design meetings, to the construction process, to the final walkthroughs; we had everything done right on schedule. Their design studio is absolutely fantastic and Nora and Abby were a dream design team to work with. Any minor detail that was incorrect, they fixed immediately, and usually knew about it before we did. They made sure we were absolutely happy with the final product and never once had a problem fixing any issues we had. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to build a home!
We just closed on a new RNL home in the beautiful community of Mission Ranch in College Station, TX. It was a fantastic experience from start to close. RNL is so organized and offers such great variety in their plans and in the design selections. We especially enjoyed working with Ariel, our sales representative, Nora & Abby in the design center, and Garrett, our fantastic project/construction manager. You receive a beautifully well-built home in addition to a company that stands by their work and is responsive to the needs of their customers!
We just moved into our RNL home and are so happy with the floor plan and finishes. We have moved 8 times throughout the country and built 2 other homes with big builders and this was by far the best experience. We were upfront about what we wanted and when we wanted to move in. RNL team was able to finish ahead of schedule and even with product shortages were able to get most of our first picks. We still have a lot of unpacking to do but we are enjoying every minute in our RNL home. I feel confident that if anything were to come up RNL would do everything they could to make it right. We love Ariel, Nora and everyone else we met along the way.
