We signed to build our new home back in December 2019. We closed at the end of July and I am writing this in the beginnings of October. I have heard so many horror stories about building a house. Our previous home was bought in the middle of the building process and it was a sloppy process. Magnolia was expressed our concerns at the beginning of signing our contract. I expressed that my wife was going to be tough to deal with and I didn’t believe that we would ever speak again after we closed due to you not being able to meet her standards.I would say that the whole Magnolia Home Team exceeded our expectations. In fact, I can tell you that 2020 has been a tough year for most. Magnolia brought so much ease to this process during the most challenging of times. Our home is very solid and beautiful all the way from the sod to the attic space stairs. I would challenge my wife to say that it is pretty much flawless.To say that we speak to the whole team still to this day would be an understatement. They have been right there even after the sale. Willing to listen to our concerns and to help with the concerns. They have a very confident process. If you work hard to make your selections, they work swiftly to keep it moving.We are extremely happy with our home and can’t wait to build our next one with them again.Proud Cypress Grove ResidentUpdate: We sold our home in 2021, and I am writing this in November of 2022. I can honestly say that the “Magnolia homes” brand has put an incredible taste in our mouth. One true measurement that I can say is during uncertain times of Covid, you by far delivered. We signed in December of 2019 with scheduled completion of July of 2020, you by far delivered. One thing that I would note is the level of contractors that work with this company. This isn’t ordinary contractors, these people are elite. My wife can be hard while fair to please. Fair being the key word, but the attention to detail that she asked for is overboard. You met everything down to the smallest of detail. I know we will probably never match this level of happiness, I just want to leave this review and say, Thank You!
Important to you? Get it in writing! We feel that we were mislead by the sales rep we worked with when buying our Magnolia Home. Unfortunately, we have no written proof so our options for lodging a complaint are limited. We bought our home with a full-grown woods behind it, with the promise that it would not be developed. Less than 6 months after our purchase, most of the woods were demolished and we were told that plans were always in place to develop the land behind our house. This was never communicated to us through advertised plans in the Cypress Grove model home, or by the selling representative's word when we directly asked him about the future of the trees behind us. We are very disappointed by the builder and developer, feel very mislead, and that all they cared about was the sale. Bottom line: get anything that matters to you in WRITING.

We are very pleased with the recent purchase of our Magnolia Home. Jordan was very helpful in answering all our questions even after hours. She is such a sweet person. David, Hunter, and James gave us a detailed walk through and had everything ready for move in day. They even helped out after we had moved in.
