Wayne has been in the business for many years, and it truly shows in the quality of his work and how smoothly the entire remodel process went. Our project was completed in a timely manner, and the craftsmanship was outstanding. Wayne is professional, ethical, and incredibly easy to work with—plus just a genuinely nice person. His designer was amazing, and all of the subcontractors were skilled, respectful, and reliable. We always knew what work was being done and exactly who would be coming and when, which made the process stress-free. Wayne was always available to answer questions and kept communication clear throughout the project. He also built my parents’ home 8 years ago, and they had the same wonderful experience, which says a lot about his consistency and reputation.

We purchased 35 acres from Hi Point Home Builders and built a beautiful home plus a 40x40 additional garage. My favorite part of the home is the rooftop deck with a hot tub on it. I contacted Highpoint based on a parade of homes house they built. They allowed me to alter it in many of ways from the original design and they worked with me to customize the home in a way that fit my dream home needs. Its been about an 8 month process and get the keys in a couple weeks. Given the covid era I feel that's a great turn around. As far as communication, the owner, project manager on site or the designer call us to communicate whats on the board for the week, what items were completed or generally asking small details like which way we prefer our shower door to open. They have been nothing but wonderful and stress free to work with as I am an out of state owner. I appreciate the expert advice the team offers, but never enforces and let's the home owner decide regardless of suggestion. I would highly recommend Highpoint to anyone looking to build a custom dream home as everyone on thier team are the perfect fit for trust, friendliness and reliability.
