We really love our new home. Once Jeff got the permit to start building our house, the scheduling of all the different trades fell into place. Cory the Site Superintendent was always nice about when answering all of my questions and making any corrections to any thing that may have been overlooked. When it came to design questions, Ryleigh was such a great help and had very good input. Living on the property while the house was being built, I was able to interact with the different trades and from their perspective, Jeff is one of the best builders in the area.JS Luxury Homes is a builder I would recommend to have your dream home built.

We fully enjoyed working with JS Luxury Homes, they were able to build our dream home to our exact specifications and more. They are very attentive and accommodating to what you as the buyer want and will also make suggestions to assist in guiding you in the correct direction for the build. Each of their suppliers utilized for cabinets, plumbing, flooring etc. were great and also gave the attention to detail needed to ensure everything we wanted and selected were great products. We have been living in our new house a little shy of 5 months now and definitely have been loving every bit of it. JS Luxury Homes is an excellent builder, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a home. Jeff and Sonja sat down and help design our dream home. They are a small company and that meant a lot to us because we didn't feel like just another home build. I felt like they were as excited as we were during the building process. Our home was built and complete within the schedule Jeff provided, which rarely happens with a custom home. Any issues or concerns that came up during the building process Jeff and Sonja were quick to respond and resolve them. Building with JS Luxury Homes was a great experience.
