We moved in to our new home three weeks ago, designed and built by Girard Homes. We are totally in love with it! The combination of beauty and function are unparalleled. The whole team is great. They work so well together and with the client. Every change we made along the way was met with speed, efficiency, and a friendly smile. Zach Girard is a prince of a fellow, so gracious, and such an effective leader. There is an added bonus of having a top designer, Becky Erdel, guiding you through all the decisions of both the exterior and interior design. Everything she touches turns into an inspiration. You can see her work in the gorgeous Girard model home on Portcrawl Drive. We were able to create our own dream design by combining several of the Girard floor plans. Adam produced a remarkable 3D version of how that would look, with suggestions and changes made on the spot. Throughout the building process, the project manager, Patty, stayed on top of things from day one, keeping us informed of timelines, which were always met. All the subcontractors were professional, friendly, and efficient. They were careful to keep things as clean as possible along the journey. We’ve had a few minor issues, as anyone would expect with a new home. The Girard team has addressed each issue with speed and to our satisfaction. If you haven’t seen their model home, you must go see it! The day we saw it, we decided to build a house with them, and are so grateful we did.
If you are looking to have a home built, Girard is really the full package. Inga, our main contact person, made sure all our questions were answered during the initial process and really went out of her way to make sure we would have everything we wanted in our home and the perfect location. This gave us an initial feeling of confidence in Girard and we never regretted it. The design staff was more than helpful in guiding us with the choices and we consulted them regularly. The construction process was made easy as Patty was always a step ahead of us in anticipating our needs and managed to finish the house 3 months faster than we expected. We have been in the house for a couple of months now and we love everything about it. Even the service after sales has been tremendous with the electricians, carpenters, plumbers and other trades coming to make some final adjustments that were discussed during the walkthrough. We really have nothing but praise to give to Girard and the whole team.
@girardhomes has done it again and somehow they’ve topped themselves. Their last model home was the most beautiful I had ever seen… until today when I got a sneak peek inside their new model. While it’s nothing short of breathtaking it’s also designed to be wonderfully livable. While the stunning curved staircase, window-like mirrors and art piece chandeliers will make their impact upon entry when you look closer you’ll see function built into the form with a full home laundry chute, master closet second laundry, under island cabinets, open entertainment space, even expertly placed (and designed) towel hooks have not been overlooked here.These guys are not only extremely talented and passionate about what they do but are a joy to work with every single time. They are 100% who I recommend to everyone looking to build in mid-Missouri.
