The experience of building a home with Lee Blythe was amazing! He and his right hand man Bobby are a great team combining their expertise and experience. Lee is very patient and works hard to give you the house you are dreaming of. Bobby is so easy to work with on the details during the build. He somehow manages to email you back on weekends and is willing to meet up at the house with you any time you are able to for walk throughs. If I were to build another house in this area is would definitely be with this team.
It is hard to put into words how highly I recommend the entire team at Blythe Building for your new home construction. As 1st time home builders my husband and I had many questions and a few small hurdles to overcome as we started this process. Lee and his whole team were there for us every step of the way and sure we were informed, in the loop and answered the millions of questions we had. They also helped us navigate the challenges of building in the downtown Columbia area. On top of all the wonderful things about working with them they built a stunning high quality home we can't wait to spend many years in.
