Absolutely the most patient and accommodating realtor that I've met! Shayna exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond to offer options as I look to transition from the Charlotte area to Columbia. So excited for what's next in my new home!!

My experience with Shayna was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive, answered every question clearly, and helped me feel confident as a first-time buyer. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of even after I moved in.

Xavier was awesome, helping my client get what she wanted. Stayed in constant communication throughout our home buying process. I have no hesitation introducing my clients to him and working with him. Thanks Xavier for being so great to work with.

Wayne is an amazing agent to work with! Very knowledgeable on the new builds in the communities he works. Wayne was able to help 2 of my clients in a short period of time! Wayne also connected us with an amazing lender that was able to get my client approved after 2 previous denials! I love working with DR Horton specifically Wayne! Anytime I have a client looking for new construction I always reach out to Wayne to see what options they have, as I know my clients will be well taken care of!
