JOST Homes

We met with several builders but just didn’t feel comfortable with them. After meeting John, I knew right away they were the ones to build our house. The whole team worked with us on every detail. When we did run into a problem, they more than exceeded making it right. I can’t say enough about Sam and his team. They built a very high quality home. All our family and friends will use Jost on our builds.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jost Homes. Jost Homes made the entire building process a dream. They have an amazing team of people that are very helpful throughout the entire build. From the consulting process, to final inspection, they were always ensuring quality work. There are always people who can “do it cheaper,” but you get what you pay for and it’ll usually cost you in the long run. Jost was affordable, and gave us a quality built home that’ll last many lifetimes. If you are looking for a custom home builder, stop now and call Jost. There is not a better custom home builder in South Carolina.

Jost Homes did an amazing job building our home. John is a great communicator and top notch contractor. The attention to detail and quality craftsmanship is noticed by everyone who visits our house. John, Sam and Tim take pride in their work and it shows in the final product.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Jost Homes. From the very first visit by John, I knew that this project was going to go exactly as planned. We set a budget and a time line and it was followed to the very end. Sam (project manager) and his team were fabulous to work with. Sam was very accessible and was extremely professional through the entire process. In the end, the project exceeded all of our expectations. These guys not only gave us our dream kitchen they became dear friends. jenny smith

I've known John for several years. He's as honest and as skilled as they come! He's actually built two homes for my family, both of which turned out better than I hoped for! He was willing to hear my ideas and try new things, but also steered me in the right direction when my ideas were too big. ;-) Cannot recommend Jost enough!!!
