Such a great community! We love our home! We’ve lived here just over a year and have made some incredible, lifelong friends. Everyone is extremely kind, and the area is great for raising children. Theres a lot of awesome wildlife. Deer and turkey grazing in the mornings. There’s excellent schooling, and the location is ideal right in the middle of Spring Hill and Columbia. Good ole southern living. Can’t beat it!
We are so happy that we moved here. There is such a mix of people of all ages. When sitting on the front porch, we watch buggies with babies, people with dogs, and older couples walking by. Everyone is so friendly and kind.
We’ve been in the preserve for just over 4 months and we absolutely love it. The house has been wonderful and the neighborhood amazing. So many wonderful people and perfect for families.
Great neighborhood so far! The lots feel spacious, there are sidewalks, underground utilities, street lights, some hills but not too many, trees surrounding the development. Perfect for a family. We love it here!
