From the initial planning meeting to the handing over the keys, everything was fantastic. Trent, Leslie and Jordan all listened and were very sensitive to our tastes and desires. There literally was not a single instance where they did not help us with questions and/or concerns. My wife and I are back providing our second review of Bee Smart. The first review was at move in and explained how wonderful the process was with Taylor, Trent, Ben, Leslie, Randy and crew. They truly provided us with our dream home. Now, enough about the honeymoon phase. So how is a Bee Smart house and the customer service one year later……..AMAZING!! The initial build process was so great but the quality of the house speaks for itself. Randy and Mark have been so responsive to our inquiries as we break in the new home. They are always one call away. Bee Smart stands by their quality and WORD. Mark King is a true professional, always looking out for the customer. The way Bee Smart (Mark) has honored the one year follow up to ensure the house is meeting their standards is second to none, no “take the money and run”. The entire team is such a blessing.
