Fischer Homes

My family and I had such a great experience with Gracie Reid at the design center. Gracie was wonderful to work with and made the design process effortless. Mikayla Smith with the Fischer sales team was Amazing! She made us feel we were important. Codey Kester , Victory Mortgage Loan Officer made the application process really easy and made us feel that we matter. I would recommend Fischer Homes to everyone interested in making the American dream a reality.

We chose Fischer Homes to build our first-ever home believing we were paying for a quality builder. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, we encountered constant upcharges while simultaneously seeing clear cost-cutting throughout the build. What we expected to be craftsmanship instead feels rushed and poorly executed. Some of the issues we’ve experienced include: - Fire alarms randomly going off on multiple occasions - Kitchen cabinets literally falling off the wall - Siding that rattles loudly in the wind due to improper installation - Poor drip edge and gutter installation causing water runoff issues - Closets throughout the home that are not flush or plumb - Inadequate insulation - Windows that leak badly For the amount of money we paid, these problems are unacceptable. Yes, the house is still standing and technically meets our basic needs — but that is not what you expect when building a brand-new home with a “reputable” builder. We believed we were investing in quality, durability, and attention to detail. Instead, we’ve been left questioning where craftsmanship has gone. If you’re considering Fischer Homes, I strongly encourage you to do extensive research and inspect everything closely. This has been a frustrating experience, especially for what should have been an exciting milestone as first-time homeowners.
