This review is specifically for WestBridge Townhome rentals (though now I would never consider purchasing any of their constructions). This complex is managed HORRIBLY! Management is usually very UNTIMELY in their response to an inquiry. They only have one maintenance employee for SEVERAL properties, so you can imagine how long repairs take! They are simply very CHEAP across the board! All they care about is collecting rent from tenants each month! Read the other reviews and please take HEED! If you can find some place else to live, DO IT!
House is less than 3 years old and to repair roof an air conditioning unit. Had to have the house repainted. Now the back yard fence is having issues. Denova makes houses as cheaply as they can.
We are an owner of a DeNova home. Do I like our floor plan? Yes. Would I purchase another DeNOva home? No. Reason being, is very poor quality of construction. Our sliding patio door, has a problem with a build up of condensation. We didn’t know it until there was a change in weather. When we discovered it, I reported it to Denova. They still have not gotten back to us about it. It has now been 4 years. I even as much as paid a visit to their office. They assured me that it was in the process. I even as much as offered to pay for it. If they would just give me the information of the supplier. Still, no reply. If you were to drive by our neighborhood and notice the exterior paint on most of the houses, you will notice that the paint on the houses looks terrible. In our case, the paint is flaking off. And the paint looks as if our house was 20 years or more old. I have had conversations with our neighbors. And they are frustrated as well with DeNova.
Very easy to work with and have the highest regards for cleanliness. They are all very responsive and are very professional.
