TOTL Building & Design Ltd

5 Stars – Exceptional Kitchen Renovation by TOTL Building and Design! We recently had our kitchen renovated by Top of the Line Building and Design, and the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, Drew’s team was reliable, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of our home and our time. Their design insights helped us bring our vision to life while improving the functionality and flow of our space. Every detail, from cabinetry to countertops, was executed with precision and care. What really stood out was how well they communicated throughout the project—always keeping us informed, answering every question, and offering thoughtful solutions along the way. The crew showed up when they said they would, kept the worksite clean, and treated our home as if it were their own. That level of professionalism is hard to find these days. If you’re considering a kitchen renovation, I can’t recommend TOTL Building and Design enough. Their work speaks for itself, and Drew’s team is a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with the results and will definitely be calling them for future projects!

Completed extensive renovations including installing new hardwood flooring, new doors and trim/baseboards, and painting throughout whole house. Also complete kitchen reno and major renovation to a bedroom and laundry room (and several other smaller jobs). Due to the extensive amount of work, the job took several months to complete. Drew and his team were responsive, transparent, and professional in completing the work. The work was completed on time and budget and he was flexible in accommodating changes along the way. Subcontractors were skilled and professional. Minor conflicts, when they arose, were handled to our satisfaction. The final craftsmanship was of excellent quality and we are thrilled with our "new home." Most important to us, Drew is highly trustworthy and truly cares about his work... We would absolutely hire TOTL again and recommend to others.

The TOTL team did some renovations for us in our office space. Drew was always ready to answer any questions we had and made sure the work was done on time and on budget. A pleasant experience overall. I would totally recommend TOTL for all of your renovations and building projects.
