Recent reviews note organized project management, on-time arrivals, and solid results for interior repairs and remodels. Several homeowners mention helpful communication with scheduling and insurance-related coordination. There is at least one report of poor follow-up and difficulty getting issues addressed after completion. Overall feedback trends positive but highlights the importance of clear resolution timelines for punch-list items.
I’m disappointed with my experience with this contracting company. The repairs they completed were faulty, and despite multiple attempts to have the issues corrected, they have refused to take responsibility or honor their work. Communication has been poor, and follow-up promises were not kept. I expected professional accountability, but instead I was left with the same problems and no resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting reliable repairs or customer service.
On October 9, 2024, our home was seriously damaged by a tornado. Our insurance company suggested a program, Contractor Connection, that they partnered with. The idea is that a contractor would be assigned to act as a project manager and an intermediary with the insurance carrier. We elected to use this option rather than taking on the responsibility of negotiating on our own with individual roofers, screen enclosure builders, garage door installers, painters, electricians and so on.Within days of agreeing to this solution, Riley Roberts from Florida Executive Builders arrived and evaluated all of the many damage issues. From this point, Riley, Toni Cox and the rest of FEB’s staff helped us to navigate the complexities of dealing with contractors and the insurance company.FEB hired the necessary contractors and coordinated with them. Riley later inspected the repairs to make sure that everything was done in a proper fashion. Toni dealt with the insurer and took care of all the necessary paperwork.Florida Executive Builders did a very good job of accomplishing every portion of the repairs. We are grateful to them and recommend them as a company that takes much of the worry away from a stressed out home owner.
The contractor was assigned to repair a dry wall and handle some painting. Overall, the experience was smooth—they were professional, showed up on time, and finished the job without any major issues. The work was solid, and everything looks good and was done as promised. A reliable option for standard home repairs.
Years ago I had an insurance claim for water damage caused by a leaking pipe and were referred to FEB by our insurance company. We were very pleased with that job and since then we have used them for several smaller jobs; always pleased with everything. When we decided to remodel our Home Theater, we asked for an estimate. The project included building a new wall unit, incorporating our bookcases into the unit, re-carpeting the room and installing our new large screen TV. The price quoted was very competitive and since we have always been pleased with their work, we decided to go with them. After talking with Toni (who has always been a pleasure to work with), Daniel (the Project Manager assigned) met with us to understand the scope of the work. Shortly after that we received a detailed estimate that we accepted. Daniel was great to work with. Always responsive and helpful. The workers assigned to this project were very professional. The work was completed on schedule and within the original estimate. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and all of the personnel who worked on the job. The work was well coordinated and scheduled so as to minimize disruption. They were always on schedule.Of special note was Tony who built and installed the wall unit to incorporate our existing furniture. He was the reason I contacted FEB for the job. Years ago Tony repaired water damaged furniture (that we now incorporated into the new wall unit) and I was extremely impressed with the job he did at that time. He is a true craftsman and made me glad that I chose FEB for my project. He is both highly skilled and diligent. He takes great pride in his work and it shows.I would not hesitate to recommend FEB for renovations or remodeling.
We highly recommend Florida Executive Builders! The entire renovation process was smooth and well-managed with attention to detail and good communication. They even finished the project ahead of schedule which was greatly appreciated! Big thanks to Toni, Dean, Robyn, Mike, Riley, T dog, and the rest of the team at Florida Executive Builders!
