Just moved in with my lovely lady. I’m from Alaska and I had no idea people lived like this. The facilities are amazing. Spotless and well kept. All the people are wonderful and you can tell they are all happy to be living here. The parks, pools, lounge and game areas are all fully functional. Had zero issues with the key fob. 10/10 would recommend.
Stay away from this community! This is the most scandalous HOA community I have ever lived in. You will get your car towed while parking just outside of your house! You will have to pay the HOA for them to come and inspect your garage because they require that you park two vehicles in your tiny garage and you are not allowed to park outside. You will find things starting to break down in your brand-new home and the builder will take months to come and repair it. You will find a lot of mouse shit in your garage and thousands of ants invading your home when the weather is hot.
I recently toured Bedford South Corona Homes and was really impressed! The model homes are beautifully built and showcase a very modern design. Each home has unique features that stand out, making it easy to envision living there. The quality of the builds is evident, and I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a new home!
Just some update after two years living this community! When gate broke down, no one coming to fix it for TWO+MONTHS! When the poop bag run out it can take up to whole week to have someone refill it.But guess what! When I parked my car on street for two days when no one home! Its gone....... good job on that part!Good luck buying a house here! Worst building material and quality even worst after sales service! Moved in 6month 2nd floor squeaking like 60years old house. Every time I have to close my door from garage to home very gently otherwise my whole house is gonna shake .3weeks ago we hired back yard guy come over to build our back yard they told me that house builder left dirt and concrete in side back yard drain pipe we called builder for repair they sent guy who’s name is Jason with a maintenance man and first thing maintenance man said is”really? Again?”After few mins inspection Jason said will send some one to snake it, 3 weeks later he’s not reply message anymore. I’m so regret to trust the company as our first house! Be careful guys!!!
I am an owner in the community. Here is honest feedback from living here over the past several months:Pros:1. Easy access to I-15 and 91 freeway.2. Close proximity to two shopping centers and other cities.3. Prices of homes in the community have increased about $100k over the past several months. Although, if appreciation continues in this manner, this will likely affect your taxes and cause an escrow shortfall the next time your home is assessed. Be prepared for a hefty increase in your monthly payments.Cons:1. "Gated community"- the community is gated, however, the gate is automatic. Therefore, many times, you will see people wait for others to open the gate to drive in behind them. Also, the automatic gate transponder was knocked down several weeks ago and it still has not been fixed.2. Any landscape additions to your yard must be approved the the HOA. This can easily take several weeks to months and you have to pay for it.3. The quality of the homes is not worth the price you pay. They are not horrible, but many basic "upgrades" you'll receive elsewhere in a new home, you won't receive here and you'll pay more for it.4. Be sure your drain lines are thoroughly checked. Several people in the community have had foreign objects stuck in their lines post-escrow causing major issues.5. Prior to closing, communication with the sales/customer service team is outstanding (for obvious reasons). Post-escrow, expect sub-optimal service.
